Description:
A single storey extension with oak trusses, onto a period property. The main part of the new floor was covering the new extension, but it also partly in the old part of the house. The clients requirement was for a practical floor, which would be easy to live with in a high traffic busy family household, and which would also work well in both parts of the house. The large format tiles, with the natural organic feel of the Provence limestone suited these needs perfectly, and the mushroom/beige colour of the stone added a calming affect to the house.
