1. For homeowners, we love helping you find the perfect stone for your home and we aim to ensure that you get a personal service every time. For trade customers, we can guarantee that we can provide you with sensible recommendations that have the desired outcome for both you and your customers.
2. We have showroom appointments where you can have dedicated time with one of our experts. We firmly believe that seeing the stone in person is the best way to start finding out what will work for you. Visiting our showroom, not only allows you to see the stone in person, we also have examples of the various patterns that you can create with our tiles. Anyone who visits our showroom will also be able to walk away with some of our samples so that you can see them in situ within your home.
3. For those of you who aren’t close to our showroom in Herefordshire, we are able to send out free samples nationwide. Again, offering a great opportunity to see the stone in your home, to see them in different lights, against different walls and against the colour scheme you may have chosen. We’re delighted to also offer a home visit service, where one of the team can visit you with full size samples, giving you a better idea how they may look in your home. A home visit will also help with a few pointers in relation to technicalities and design, as well as being able to answer any other questions you may have.
4. We truly believe that flagstones are a beautiful feature in any home. Richard, our founder originally set up the business as a reclamation yard so had extensive experience with the buying and selling of old flagstone floors, and more importantly the way old floors were set out, and the intrinsic timelessness they embodied. This experience has enabled him to build extensive knowledge about what looks great in each setting, with a great eye for detail. Our experts share the same passion and enthusiasm as well, and with experience seeing the stone in so many homes they have some fantastic knowledge to draw from.
